I saw Dr Goodwin in the Inova ER after a misdiagnosis by an urgent care provider. She was thorough and very clear in her communication and just seems to get it no matter what types of patients she's dealing with. I overheard her with other patients (it was the ER, there are mere curtains dividing us) and she handled each one with exactly what was needed (elderly, middle age (me), men, women). If you're unfortunate enough to end up in the ER, you'd be lucky to have Dr. Goodwin attending to you.
