He is very informed of your condition before you come in but would still like to hear you explain it. He's a great listener, doesn't dismiss any questions you may have. Explaining his answers in a way so that you can understand that isn't condescending either. Always allows you to make the decision without judgment. I've never met such a caring group of medical staff as I have with Dr Schmitz team.
