I was referred to Dr. Gilbert after being diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer. Ironically, she has been my Wife's pulmonologist for years and has been a lifesaver for her. From day one, I found her to be caring, compassionate and more than qualified to provide the advice and care needed to get through this. Her staff has been equally great...always there...showing concern and answering questions. If you need a true 'pro'...who understands the importance of keeping abreast of the latest medical options, while providing you the opportunity to be part of the process...well, she's the best. She also referred me to an outstanding surgeon, Dr. Kontopidis, who coordinated my care, my post-op strategy, and thanks to both of them, I'm now officially cancer free. I can't say enough great things about her, her staff, and the expertise and guidance she brings to the table. Truly one of the best...highly recommend her and her team!
