I arrived this at Maui Lani Physicians today (located near Target) and was welcomed by Katie, the friendly receptionist/administrator. Within 5 minutes, Nurse Donna came to meet me and bring me to the exam room. This was my first appointment with this practice, so Donna had a lot of questions to ask me about my medical history. She was polite, professional and kind. I then had a short wait before Dr. Chakravarty knocked on the door. I found her to be extremely pleasant, warm, disarming (given this was an annual gyno appt!) and actually the best experience I’ve ever had meeting a new gynecologist. She spent close to a half hour getting to know me and sharing a little about her family when it was pertinent to the conversation. She then did the required annual exams in the most gently of ways. I already highly recommended her to several girlfriends this afternoon and will continue to do so.
