Outstanding experience from all the nursing staff outstanding. I have difficult vein to stick and all three nurses took time to fine my vein. It took several tries but they made me feel comfortable in the process. But the front desk staff was very dismissive she didn’t show any interest in answering my questions or helping me.Been a healthcare practitioner myself I was looking in the eyes of a patient and a healthcare practitioner which made me see what patients feel when they receive good care vs poor care. I forgot the front desk staff name because I was more concerned about my procedure than focusing on her poor behavior however when they took me back to preop all the nursing staff including the CRNA and the doctor made me forget my bad experience with the front desk staff. Overall I had a great experience and my procedure went great . Thank Dr Schmidt and Team.
