I went in for a procedure and was rather worried about not being fully asleep due to that procudure previously being done only under sedation rather then general anesthesia. I mentioned this briefly to him and he did an amazing job off educating me on what was going to happen, and he was not wrong. It was quick, painless, and I was fully asleep for the whole thing.
