Dr. Ha is not only an amazing person, but his “bedside manner” & ethics are top notch! It took me 4 yrs to be able to have this medically necessary surgery to replace 2 discs in my cervical spine. He was patient with me thru all of the appts to get me to the point of surgery in spite of being unemployed & losing my insurance, to having to have a specific time table for the surgery due to the type of work I’m in. Dr. Ha isn’t just personable, but he’s thoughtful & very approachable. You sense that he really cares about the level of care he gives & about YOU. Whenever I met with him, I never felt awkward or that I couldn’t discuss my concerns. It almost felt like he was an old friend. With that said, I have to say the entire staff met & exceeded my expectations with every interaction-whether it was an office visit, a phone call, or their care for me before & after surgery. My surgery went extremely well & my recovery has been easier than I expected. I highly recommend Dr. Ha to anyone.
