Patient Reviews
Oct 15, 2022
I'm a woman and I'm not white, and I live in America, so I expect my medical office experiences to be subpar, chock full of microaggressions, and at best not wholly traumatizing, but I can't stop telling people about my experience with Dr. Acharya. I've seen him twice now, and on my first appointment, he walked in and said "Hi. So why are you here?" instead of the usual MD method of "Hi, I don't know you but in the three milliseconds I've seen you I've decided to make the following judgments, and I don't really care about what you think because I'm better than you." He actually listened to everything I had to say, only interrupted when he needed something clarified or repeated, and never mansplained a thing, just...EXplained like a human being. Great patient care, and his RN and MA are also wonderful!

Board Certifications
What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams. While not all specialties have board certifications, if your provider does have one they’ve taken the extra step to master their specialty and to keep up with the latest advancements in their field.
