Her knowledge, skill, very very thorough, she knows what to do, where to send you if needed, what test if needed, what medications if need & she is very good at explaining everything you need to know concerning your sickness & how to treat it. She is gifted in so many areas especially in patient/dr which brings a calming & rids anxiety & never rushes you .
