Dr. Dula is a great nurse, very friendly and helpful! What is horrible is the front desk people. I have to drive 40 minutes to get here (there are closer options) & when I get here they tell me they had to cancel my appointment. Which I wasn't aware of. When they repeated my number back to me I told them that that was my old phone number and that they called me a few days ago which means that they knew my number… And the front desk receptionist in more polite words, called me a liar...????
