I went to the Urologic Institute in Concord NH for consistent UTIs and awful pain in abdomen. They found I had Pelvic Organ Prolapse. Tried a non-surgical procedure but did not have good results. Dr Triaca listened to everything I said and explained in detail all the surgical treatments available and what each procedure entailed. Two weeks ago Dr Triaca went in and repaired the Pelvic Organ Prolapse. I went home the same day with the pain in my abdomen gone for the first time in nearly 2 years. Everyone in her office, the Urologic Center and the Day Surgery unit has been outstanding in their interactions with me. They’ve answered every question with medical terms that I could understand! That was very important to me. I just went back for my 2 week checkup. I couldn’t be happier. My incontinence has mostly disappeared, I no longer have the urgency to use the bathroom every 15 minutes (yeah), and I feel terrific!
