I had an ER visit and was told to follow up with an OBGYN and the ER recommend Dr. Hultstrand. I was hesitant, and contacted my current OBGYN first, who couldn't see me for over 3 months but the office offered for me to see the nurse practitioner, but even that appointment couldn't be scheduled for over a week and a half, so I called Dr. Hultstrand's office and they were able to get me in that afternoon. When I arrived, he was very thorough, asked questions, reviewed the test that the ER had ran, performed an exam and immediately ordered an ultrasound to figure out the problem causing my pain. After the results of the ultrasound, he has put me on his surgery schedule, which is less than a month away and he has been extremely accommodating and informative. He was very professional and great at explaining things in a way that I am able to understand. I am switching to him as my primary OBGYN after this experience.
