Dr. Ortiz spent multiple hours total with me and took his time to go over all options for treatment. I’ve been to 3 different appointments with him and he does things like injections, X-rays, etc on the spot and always puts his patient first. He was extremely accommodating and really went out of his way to provide help. Really a special doctor but also a very special person!
