I absolutely recommend Dr Gensemer. I came into the office with 2 concerns. She addressed both of them. She reviewed my medications, asked questions about why I was taking them, and told me about other medications that I should be taking and to stop taking calcium. I was taking calcium due to my osteoporosis to strengthen my bones. However, I was never told by 4 previous doctors that I should be taking Vitamin K as this vitamin helps calcium actually get into the bones. A healthy diet already has plenty of calcium so no need to add anymore. All the calcium I had been taking (10 years) has actually been going to my soft tissues, not the bones. I have since read another source that also describes that calcium needs to be combined with vitamin K. I trust her completely.
