Dr. Grady is the BEST physician I have ever seen. So much so, when she moved to the Ladysmith campus from Fredericksburg, I drive the extra 30 minutes to continue to see her. Dr. Grady is empathetic, compassionate, LISTENS, and works with you to find the best solution. Dr. Grady, while always extremely busy, makes the time to ensure you are heard and treated a real person, not just a 100+ visit.
