I have been a patient of Dr Payne for nearly 10 years. In a word she is outstanding. Her medical approach and patient manner is the absolute best. She is the most accessible medical professional I have ever worked with. She responds to my portal inquieries immediatley (including weekends). Her long term treatment has changed my life. I highly recommend Dr Victoria Payne.
