Dr. Patel is a great doctor but the office staff needs some pointers about patient care. I called today and was left on hold for more than 15 minutes. I hung up and called again and the phone rang and rang and range till it finally disconnected . I kept calling and no snswer. I'm in so much pain and this only made me more stressed and more angry. They need a better system to answer their calls. People call because they don't feel well and with service like this ito its not a God experience.
