I saw Dr. Fromke back in 1983 after being sent back from living three years in Africa. I had an unusual health history, very complicated so when I returned with splenomegaly, thrombocytopenia, and other presenting symptoms it proved to be a real challenge for him but his diagnostic abilities were phenomenal.
