Dr. Lau, was very knowledgeable,calm, though and complete. Answered all of my questions. Took notes of what I said to him. Took my entire medical history. Showed me the mass and areas around it. Showed me how to measure and how the cryotherapy would go. What areas he would freeze. Has a very sensitive and caring manner about him. Did look me in the eye. Yes, I would recommend him to my friends and family. I give him five stars.
