The office staff is patient, kind, they don't rush you, they are friendly. Dr. Tran, himself has a way of and connecting respectfully and with humor when appropriate. I had a really bad experience at a different office, they were pushy and demanded I do things that caused me great pain. For "tests" and wouldn't be patient with the pain I was in. It was a relief to meet with Dr. Tran, and his office staff.
