Dr. Kella is exceptionally knowledgeable about healthcare delivery from the top down. His clinical experience is as both on in-the-trenches Emergency Department Emergency Medicine physician he has also served as Chief of Emergency Medicine in a Maryland hospital, and holds an MBA in Healthcare. I know Dr. Kella in a medical-legal, not clinical, role and find the depth of his knowledge about healthcare delivery, best practices, standard of care, protocol and a range of associated issues, even medical devices, electronic records and diagnostic protocol to be exceptional. In any medical-legal / forensic /expert witness setting, Dr. Kella would be an asset to assist triers of fact to best understand a case, damages, or even a medical topic in general. He is objective, unbiased, and skilled in a medical-legal settings.
