Dr. Welch has been my doctor for over thirty years. He is such a great physician. He is very knowledgeable, he is very patient and listens to what you need to tell him, he answers all your questions, and he is very friendly. He will laugh with you, joke with you, and he doesn’t make you feel like you’re wasting his time.
