DR STEPHAN IS A GREAT DOCTOR WHO PUTS HIS HEART INTO HIS WORK. HE HAS OVER 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. HE IS ALSO GENEROUS AND HIS FEES ARE NOT HIGH.
