Dr Ackerley is very caring and kind with a wonderful nurse (Kelly). He does, however, keep you waiting a minimum of an hour for all appointments, The Clinical Trial administrator Michelle is a very unfriendly, unbending person who does not seem to care about the individual patient at all.
