I worked for many years with Dr. Horng as her clinic nurse. She is an excellent surgeon with exceptional skill and knowledge. Her bedside manner is second to none as she truly cares about each of her patients and works tirelessly to provide the best care possible for them. She is kind, thoughtful, and communicates well with patients as she spends as much time as needed to attend to their needs. Her attention to detail is well known. I would highly recommend her as a physician to anyone in need of surgical care.
