He always talks to me to keeps me calm about my condition and he explains when I don’t understand. I have seen him in the office and in the hospital many times. My in-laws use him as their doctor and so do my children. I have just scheduled my husband’s first colonoscopy with Dr. Hoover this past June. So I would highly recommend him.
