I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Zhou for the exceptional care she provided for my mother during her final days, hospitalized with Thalassemia, heart, and respiratory issues. Dr. Zhou demonstrated amazing communication skills, keeping us informed at every step with compassion and clarity. Her availability and proactive approach in my mother's care were truly remarkable, providing us with comfort and guidance through an incredibly difficult time. She is an excellent doctor, very knowledgeable, and her expertise and dedication made a profound difference in our experience. We are deeply grateful for her support and dedication.
