Dr. Jiang is amazing. She performed 3 ear tube surgeries on our son starting at the age of 13 months old. The tubes kept falling out and he was still getting ear infections. On the 3rd surgery Dr. Jiang told us she was going to remove his adenoids. After that last surgery, our son has been great. This all started in year 2014, we continued to see her because she was amazing with us, made us feel great and my son just loves her. Our company had to switch insurance to Kaiser and we no longer get to see her. We are now being told our son needs surgery again to close up the hole in his left ear. I will be paying cash to just see Dr. Jiang to get her opinion and will now be looking into getting different insurance so we can go back to see her.
