Dr. Wendy Lotts has the invaluable trait of being a great listener. I am always impressed at how she gives you her undivided attention, and then turns around and gives you the appropriate advice. She doesn't treat you like "just another patient." She makes you feel like you're the only one. I would highly recommend her and her team.
