Dr. Bi is a doctor sent by angels. She is knowledgeable, has admirable manners, and truly cares about her patients. She is indeed complete - a great doctor and a great human being. She sets an example for all. I would like to extend my gratitude and appreciation to her Physician Assistant, McCaela Sullivan. They are both wonderful!
