I am not one for giving credit when none is due This Dr William Price is excellent. If not for his help, starting some 14 years ago, I believe I would still be taking fentanyl and/or oxycontin OR I would be dead. He first addressed my dependence on the painkillers I'd used for 10 years after a botched surgery that earned me a permanent disability, an addiction and little else. Beyond that, I lapsed into major clinical depression two years ago. I always thought depression was simply a personal day of sadness. No, when the lights go out, you see no reason not to lock up the house and go away. I've been in that pervasive mental darkness. I was not just disinterested in the activities that once gave me comfort, challenge or amusement. I was actively considering a means of departure. William Price comforted me and assured me he would find a treatment. He did. With his "call me" policy and help, my lights came back on. I owe him my life. Is there a 6th star?
