I had my braces taken off 15 years ago and one of my retainers finally broke. I went in to visit Dr. Raineri on my vacation back to CNY. I was initially told that it would take two weeks to get the replacement and I asked if there was anything that they could do. Dr. Raineri and his helpful staff cut my wait time to two business days! I couldn't be more happy with the results of my braces and the outstanding level of service that I've received there. Dr. Raineri is the best!
