Dr. Welch recently performed a revision to a fusion that another provider had let me live in pain with for over two years. My original surgeon removed the hardware in July 2023, and never let me know I was not fused with broken bones. I could not bear the pain I was in, and was given excuses by other surgeon's, telling me my pain was not real. I had zero quality of life and knew I should have gone with Penn in 2021 for my original surgery.Dr. Welch, and his team took me under their care, and listened to me, unlike other surgeons. I had a revision on April 23rd, and today a little over a month I am able to walk over 3 miles pain-free. In fact, I am pain-free for the first time in four years! To say this team saved my life is an understatement. There are not enough words to say thank you to Dr. Welch and his amazing team. Please do not hesitate to trust this team with your care, there is no better team out there!
