We had a telehealth appointment because of snow that paralyzed the city for days and he was scheduled to do my surgery in a few weeks. He answered all of my questions in a layman terms and calmed my stress, anxiety about the pending surgery. He did the surgery and took the time to explain to my 87-year old mother an 91-year old aunt about what he had done while I was in recovery. He drew them a picture to help them better understand the procedure. He checked on me daily and kept me for an extra day to confirm that it was safe to release me. He is great!!!!!
