The whole process was painless. Called for an appointment on short notice, the required info was pulled from previous treatment, time worked with my schedule and on line updates completed. The receptionist was spot on, check in fast and minimal time wait for Dr. Cottrell. Has 3 X-rays to confirm problem and needed treatment plan established. Follow up appointment very accommodating.
