Dr. Downey is the most exceptional doctor I have ever worked with. He goes above and beyond for his patients always. Even when he was on vacation, he made time to review my recent test results. Dr. Downey approaches his patients with empathy, answered my questions thoughtfully, made time on his calendar to see me last minute, and provided exceptional follow-up. I will be forever grateful for the exceptional care Dr. Downey provided. He is truly the best!
