I had to return to Dr. vonKaenel for a procedure he performed on me in 2016. Was seeing him routinely for a WC Injury back then. I always respected him and thought he was a great dr. but had issues with his personality. One visit he would be very personable. The next visit he would be very demeaning. He was like a Dr. Jeckle and Mr. Hyde. When I finished my WC case I swore I would never go back to him. Well, the old saying is “never say never” I was nervous about seeing him today for a procedure consult. He was very kind, listened to me, and after a thorough examination, he agreed to do the procedure for me. I breathed a sigh of relief. Now I wait for a hospital date, and I couldn’t be more pleased to have Dr. vonKaenel in charge.
