The fact that he took the time necessary to thoroughly disinfect my knees prior to injecting me. That he froze and then injected a pain killer prior to using the big and often very painful large syringe filled with magic.The entire procedure was near painless and was by far the least hurtful I've experienced. Note that I have experience with high profile practices and I no doctor I've encountered will never has matched Dr. Spellman's expertise.
