I had a fabulous urgent care experience with Dr. Hoang -- so good that I spent considerable time looking him up because I wanted to consider him as a primary physician. Seeing this review, I wanted to give a different opinion. I went in with a 2 day old burn that I worried was becoming infected. He treated me with respect, shared my concern, and gave me a prescription to have on hand in case it got worse, but also felt that my desire to wait longer before treating was a good idea. I couldn't have been happier.
