Dr Horton is by far the best Dr I have ever seen . He is the most compassionate , most loving person as a Dr and friend I would honestly trust him to make a life concerning decision for any of my family , most of my past and present family are his patients. I have worked in health care and around him for years. The staff has always been great also.
