I will admit that Dr. Domarad is very arrogant with purpose. You just need to be just as cocky back and he comes to earth. He is a very intelligent dr and the best I have ever been to and I have been to at least 13 at a minimum in 16 years and he was the only one that was able to get me on a medication that worked. He left my office and now I have to see someone else had I hate him! I want to follow Dr. Domarad. He is amazing at his job.
