William Huggett has a comprehensive wholistic approach that encourages proactive engagement by the client. His insights into my psycho dynamics have been very helpful at pivotal moments as has been his steady encouragement of me being me. All this is balanced with suggestions regarding sleep, exercise and diets. I can highly recommend.
