Dr, Batchelor: I do apologize for reaching out to you by email today. Everytime I tried to reach you at 252-237-3381, it said number disconnected. I am Peggy Carawan, and I am a former patient of yours. I had an extraction done on Dec. 31st, 2019. At that time, we briefly discussed you doing another procedure; removing the roots from a previous surgery; upper right; tooth beside my front tooth. I am interested in having that done soon. Would you be so kind as to remind me again of the total costs for this procedure. I do use the Credit Care card. Would you be so kind as to let me know the costs; down time from work.
