I love this doctor. He takes time with you and listens. He's nice and he may put you through a physical workout he's smart enough to actually help you. I trust McDowell only! The other two doctors I have seen there seem more interested in dating each other than caring about patients. One doesn't listen and the other couldn't care less, he does even exam you just leans on sink for two minutes and is gone.
