How likely are you to recommend Dr. Sullivan?
**************** LOOK NO FURTHER **************** If you are looking for an amazing, competent, knowledgeable, talented, kind, caring, trustworthy & honest dentist, you have just found him!!! Dr. William Sullivan is beyond excellent in every way and truly deserving of his 10+ year running award as "BEST DENTIST IN NAPLES'! And let me add, I had done hours upon hours of research, including consults and x-rays with multiple Naples Dentists prior to choosing Dr. Sullivan! Therefore, saving you much time, energy, effort & money! Dr. Sullivan's entire staff follows him, both in character & expertise! Beginning with your first call, you are pleasantly greeted by the ever charming, caring, friendly, polite& competent Sarah or Luis! Never a recording!!! Both of whom make you instantly feel like part of their family! Same goes each time you enter their office, which is warm, welcoming, immaculately clean and full of the latest & greatest dental technology. My teeth were a total mess and needed much work. I began with a most timely consult with Dr. Sullivan, wherein he performed a most thorough oral exam followed by x-rays. I was looking to have all my very old crowns replaced, along with porcelain veneers for the rest of my very chipped, yellowed and weakened teeth. Upon reviewing my x-rays, Dr. Sullivan saw something he did not like: a possible infection in the remaining roots of a molar that I had had a root canal on many, many years ago. I was rather surprised to learn this, since feeling no pain whatsoever??! And also because my dentist for the previous 3 years (with x-rays each year) and the multiple dentists I had recent consults & x-rays with - saw, found and said NOTHING about this Dr. Sullivan referred me to Endodontist Timothy Talbott, who also took x-rays and scans. To my dismay, Dr. Talbott concurred there was in fact an infection in the remaining roots and the tooth needed to be pulled. I was sooooo impressed that Dr. Sullivan was the ONLY one who discovered this and he would not proceed with any further dental work until he knew for sure, if in fact, there was an infection. Prior to having my infected tooth pulled, I scheduled a teeth cleaning with Dental Hygienist Extraordinaire Melissa! Just like Dr. Sullivan and his entire staff, Melissa is ever so friendly, warm, kind, caring, gentle and truly the best Hygienist I have ever had! And I DO know, when very young told I had receding gum lines and would be a prime candidate for gingivitis! Ever since, I have had my teeth cleaned every 2 months! I'm speaking of 50+ years, so that is a lot of Hygienists! Next appointment was to have infected molar pulled. Yikes, I was scared. I had not had any teeth pulled since all 4 wisdom, all at once, at a very young age. I recall no pain, just much swelling and looking like a chipmunk! Dr. Sullivan numbed my mouth, removed tooth & infected roots (which he showed me). My fear was for naught. Honestly, absolutely no pain either during or after tooth pulled! And what peace of mind Dr. Sullivan gave me, not only in discovering the infection, but removing it! I had no clue I had an infection?!! Before any further dental work could be performed, the pulled tooth needed 6 weeks to properly heal. Again, I have to tell you, zero pain during the healing process. Next step, replacing my 9 crowns. 5 on upper, 4 on lower. I had one appointment for upper, another for lower. Dr. Sullivan continues to amaze me!!! Yet again, absolutely no pain during or after!!! The crowns not only looked beautiful, but instantly changed my bite and my mouth felt sooooo much better!!! During my crown replacements, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Sullivan's Expanded Functions Dental Assistants, Maria and Shirley. Each are ever sooooo friendly, kind, caring, gentle, knowledgeable, talented and truly experts in their profession!! Not to forget, that each, while working with Dr. Sullivan, are soooo in sync, as if one!!! Next came my porcelain veneers,19 of them! Told you my teeth were a mess! Just like the crowns, these were done in 2 appointments. First the upper, then the lower. (Well, actually 4 appointments because first you get temporary veneers, followed by permanent) This process is too detailed to write about, however, I can promise you, once again, absolutely no pain ever!! Dr. Sullivan, Shirley and Maria continued to work in sync, checking and rechecking each veneer, it's fit, my bite and every other aspect related to this process. They would not stop until everything was just PERFECT!!! The final results, simply SPECTACULAR!!! I cannot tell you how much better my entire mouth feels! My bite is perfect! My teeth are strong and white again! I now have the beautiful, bright white smile I had in my youth and the many compliments that came along with it, are back!!! Dr. Sullivan is not only the BEST dentist I have ever had the pleasure of knowing, but is beyond talented, knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest and an expert and master of his profession!!! Also an absolute artist of teeth!!! I would also like to add that Dr. Sullivan accomplished all the aforementioned work in less than 3 months!!! More than my previous dentist accomplished in 3 years?!! And his prices are the most reasonable. Of all my consults, Dr. Sullivan's were the least expensive. The best dentist with the best prices!!! And Dr. Sullivan is also the Dentist for ALL student athletes attending FGCU, need I say more??!!! My deepest thanks to each and every one of you. You made my journey most enjoyable and pain free!!! Your loyal client for life, meaning my teeth cleanings every two months, since you've completely restored and repaired my mess of a mouth! As always, looking forward to my next visit xoxoxo
