Dr. Ortiz is the best doctor I've had the pleasure of knowing. I would not think of going to anyone else to deliver. He is very experienced and the type of person you want to want to help you through delivery. He monitored my condition all day and stayed up late into the evening/early morning to deliver my baby. He then returned at 6am to check on myself and the baby. He is truly passionate about his profession.
