Dr Cragun performed a fine needle biopsy on a concerning nodule in my thyroid. He explained everything to me clearly and in a manner that make me feel comfortable. Really a very nice Dr. who clearly cares about people and their comfort during procedures. He was very experienced and no part of the process hurt or was uncomfortable. Dr Cragun regularly checked with me to make sure I was doing okay.
