From helpful front desk personal, e.g. recently explaining their payment plan at checkout to the Hygienists who are exemplary in their expertise and skills, including perio care and diagnostics, x- ray explanations, etc., as are the Dental Assistants, often anticipating needs without the Docs' asking for instruments. Both Dr. Williams and Dr. Eisler are personable, great at explaining treatment plans, and at their execution. Dr. Williams interest and expertise in occlusion, and Dr. Eisler's bringing a fresh perspective, including some of the latest tech and tools into the practice is great. They must be great team leaders because of the longevity of their whole team, with no turnover!I feel privileged to be their patient!
