My visit was smooth from arrival to departure. This was my first pain management appointment in my life. I had no idea what to expect. The front desk team was professional and efficient. They ran on schedule (I know this is not always possible because patients may or may not require more time than anticipated. But I did appreciate their promptness today.) The nurses and aids I experienced throughout the visit were all professional and did a their job. Dr. Lynch was cool, calm and patient with my questions. He explained my diagnosis and then walked me through the procedure I was about to have. Because this was my first time I was quite nervous. After meeting with him, I was really comfortable with the recommendations. The procedure was conducted just as he said, and I was able to walk out of the clinic 99% improved. Based on my experience I would give this physician and clinic my strongest recommendation. There was nothing about my experience I think they should improve.
