I have had blurred & double vision ever since I had Lasik surgery 25 years ago. I notified my previous physician's office that this condition continued with every visit. I was never informed of any option to correct my vision. Finally after 15 years he suggested that I might again wear glasses. This didn't eliminate my problem. I was unable to read street signs and even unable to recognize faces at a distance. I resorted to recognizing people by their mannerisms. During my first visit with Dr Coleman he performed more testing than I had ever had. He determined that I had cataracts & that while my vision was bad in both eyes, the double vision was from my right eye. He removed my cataracts & inserted lenses, using the newly released IC-8 lens in my right eye. This completely resolved the double vision that I had tolerated for decades. I now have 20-15 vision in both eyes. Due to my greatly improved vision, I'm now able to drive & travel much more confidently than ever before.
